Advertisement for School Teacher Interns (STIs)

Applications are invited for the recruitment of School Teacher Interns (STIs) on a temporary basis at:

Workers Welfare School, Garh Rana Town, Shahdara (Evening Shift)

1. Nature & Duration of Internship

  • The internship is purely temporary.
  • The maximum duration will be:
    • Up to 6 months, OR
    • Until the recruitment of regular teachers through the relevant authority
      (whichever occurs earlier).
  • This internship will not be regularized under any circumstances.
  • The internship period cannot be extended.

2. Salary

  • Monthly stipend: PKR 50,000

3. Eligibility Criteria

  • Gender: Female candidates only
  • Age Limit: 20 to 55 years
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree OR
    • BS (4-year program)
    • Minimum Second Division

4. Domicile Requirement

  • Applicants must be residents of District Sheikhupura.

5. Application Procedure

6. Merit List & Interview Schedule

  • Interviews for Shortlisted Candidates: 16-04-2026
    (At the respective school)

7. Complaints / Appeals

  • Complaints (if any) can be submitted to the Director of Education Office by:
    17-04-2026 (during office hours)
  • A designated committee will address all complaints.

8. Final Selection

  • Final internship offer letters will be issued after approval by the Chief Executive Officer.

9. Important Notes

  • No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
  • This internship:
    • Does not guarantee permanent employment
    • Does not count toward regular service
  • After successful completion, candidates will receive a certificate.
