VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing domicile of Sindh Province for the following vacancies in Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA). Qualification, eligibility criteria and experience are indicated against each post as under:

ii. Preferably experience of store keeping.
iii. Candidates claiming equivalency to bachelor's degree must submit Equivalence Certificate from Higher Education Commission.		 22-28
2. Steno typist / DPA BS-12 02 i. Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized Board.
ii. Possess English short hand and typing course certificate from recognized Institute of SBTE.
iii. English short hand and typing speed 80/40 wpm respectively.
iv. Computer literate.
v. Candidate claiming equivalency to intermediate must submit equivalency certificate from Inter Boards Coordination Committee (IBCC).		 20-30
3. Junior Clerk BP-11 04 i. Intermediate from the recognized Board at least in Second Class or Grade.
ii. Certificate Course in English Typewriting from recognized Institute of SBTE with speed of 35 w.p.m.
iii. Candidate claiming equivalency to intermediate must submit equivalency certificate from Inter Boards Coordination Committee (IBCC).		 18-28
4. Assistant Store Keeper BS-09 02 Jamshoro i. Intermediate from the recognized Board at least in Second Class or Grade.
ii. Preferably experienced in store keeping.
iii. Candidate claiming equivalency to intermediate must submit equivalency certificate from Inter Boards Coordination Committee (IBCC).		 18-28
5. Assistant Store Keeper BS-09 02 Sukkur i. Intermediate from the recognized Board at least in Second Class or Grade.
ii. Preferably experienced in store keeping.
iii. Candidate claiming equivalency to intermediate must submit equivalency certificate from Inter Boards Coordination Committee (IBCC).		 18-28

HOW TO APPLY/ TERMS & CONDITION

  1. Applicants who fulfill eligibility criteria should apply for aforementioned vacancies on Job Portal https://sip.gos.pk/ of Government of Sindh.
  2. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the relevant category [Graduate intermediate etc] with at least 40% marks, conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services and possess its certificate, issued by IBA Sukkur Testing Services, as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.
  3. The share of Quota reserved for women, differently abled persons and minority shall be adhered to as per policy/ rules of Government of Sindh.
  4. Age of the applicants shall be calculated based on Government's rules. However, the upper age relaxation limit will be as per existing Govt policy.
  5. The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to as per Law / Rules / Policy of Government of Sindh.
  6. Those applicants who are already in regular Government Service should get NOC from their Department prior to submission of application and bring original NOC at the time of interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.
  7. The appointment shall be made as per the policy notified by the Government of Sindh.
  8. The applicants shall be required to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in interview.
  10. Applicants should apply within 15 days (fifteen days) from the date of publication of this advertisement.
