2. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (BS-13)

Qualification i. Intermediate
ii. The selected candidates shall have to undertake and qualify a 3-week Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by the NITB, within one year.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS / GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Only candidates possessing a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate are eligible to apply.

  2. Applications must be submitted online through the National Job Portal (NJP) at njp.gov.pk using the dedicated tab created for this recruitment exercise, within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

  3. Recruitment will be done at the doorstep (at District level) with the help of newly established employment cells in districts of Balochistan as a special case to ensure recruitment of residents.

  4. The recruitment will be done through a walk-in interview process (No Entry & Written Test) as a one-time dispensation. In case none of the candidates has any certifications at the time of selection, the selected candidates shall acquire the prescribed proficiency through departmental on-the-job training after joining within the probation period. Their proficiency shall be assessed before confirmation, and failure to acquire it shall be dealt with under the applicable probation and service rules.

  5. In terms of Establishment Division's O.M. No. 2/5/2026-BEFC001 dated 22-10-2026, candidates belonging to Balochistan are allowed upper age relaxation of five (05) years (on closing date of the advertisement) instead of the existing three (03) years as a one-time dispensation.

  6. Applicants already in government service must apply through proper channel after obtaining an NOC.

  7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a walk-in interview.

  8. Original documents along with a set of attested copies of certificates, CNIC, and Domicile Certificate of Balochistan must be presented at the time of interview. In case any information furnished by the applicant is found fake or bogus, candidature shall stand cancelled.

  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
