SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani nationals who fulfill the prescribed qualification, experience, and criteria to fill the following position on a regular basis as indicated below:

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Nature of Appointment: Appointments will be made on a regular basis. Recruitment will be governed strictly under the rules and regulations of the Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute (SZPGMI), Lahore.

  2. Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be granted as per Federal Government Rules.

  3. Special Quotas: Disabled quota, Minorities quota, and Transgender quota will be strictly observed as per Federal Government policy.

  4. Government Servants: Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel. Provincial/Federal government employees with a minimum of 2 years of continuous service are eligible for age relaxation as per rules, up to a maximum age limit of 55 years.

  5. Verification of Documents: All information provided in the application form will be verified. In case of any false, fake, or forged information, SZPGMI reserves the right to cancel your candidature at any stage (even after employment) and initiate legal action against the applicant.

  6. Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to change, cancel, or postpone the recruitment process at any stage. Omissions/commissions are subject to correction.

  7. Rejections: Incomplete applications, applications submitted before the publication of this advertisement, or those received after the closing date will not be entertained.

  8. Shortlisting & Travel: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

  2. Testing Agency: The entire testing and screening process will be managed independently by Candidates Testing Services (CTS).

  3. Roll Number Slips & Results: For downloading roll number slips, viewing merit lists, and checking test results, candidates must visit the CTS website: www.cts.org.pk.

  4. Testing Fee: Candidates Testing Services (CTS) will charge a processing fee for the test.

  5. Technical Support: For registration queries or technical assistance, contact the CTS helpline at 051-2120109 during working hours, or visit Office No. 9, 3rd Floor, United Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad.

  6. Direct Applications: No hardcopy applications will be entertained directly at the hospital. Applications must be submitted through the designated online portal.
