Vacant Positions

Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates holding Sindh domicile for the following vacant posts at the Directorate of Sindh Archives. Recruitment will be made strictly in accordance with the specified qualifications, experience, and eligibility criteria. Details of Vacant Posts

1. Software Operator

  • BPS: 15

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

Qualification & Experience:

  • Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience

2. Web Designer

  • BPS: 15–18

  • Number of Posts: 02

  • Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BCS) or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university

  • Minimum 01 year of relevant experience

Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicants must have passed the Graduation Degree General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks, or possess a valid STS score.

  2. Age shall be calculated as of the closing date of submission of applications, in accordance with Rule-7.
    Age relaxation shall be allowed as per the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department Notification No. SO(SGA&CD)1-64/2015, and relevant government policy.

  3. Government employees must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department at the time of interview.

  4. Appointments will be made strictly under the Government of Sindh recruitment policy, Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and rules amended from time to time.

  5. Candidates shortlisted for interviews must appear before the Departmental High Selection Committee with original documents, according to the interview schedule uploaded on the job portal.

  6. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test or interview.
