VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for the following vacant position at the Directorate General of Culture, Sindh. Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement, strictly in accordance with the prescribed qualifications and experience.

DETAILS OF THE VACANT POST

Photographer (BPS-15)

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (at least Second Division) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university; and

  • Certificate in Photography from an institute recognized by SBTE (Sindh Board of Technical Education).

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Applicants must have passed the General Screening Test (Graduation Category) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks, and must possess a valid STS certification, as required for appointment against the advertised post.

  2. Age shall be calculated as of the last date of submission of applications in accordance with Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation in Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024 – Rule 7. Any relaxation in upper age limit shall be granted as per the prevailing Government of Sindh rules and policies.

  3. Appointment shall be made in accordance with the quota system prescribed under Government of Sindh rules, regulations, and policies.

  4. Candidates already serving in Government service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department prior to applying and must produce the original NOC at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  5. Candidates must appear for the interview as per the schedule uploaded on the Sindh Government Job Portal, along with original documents before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  6. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the interview.
