PIDCL is recruiting for five (05) categories of positions across Islamabad and Karachi stations:

Position-Wise Details

1. Senior Site Engineer (02 Posts)

• Stations: Islamabad (01), Karachi (01)

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: At least 05 years of relevant experience

• Mandatory: Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)

• Minimum Age: 30 years

2. Site Engineer (Civil) (05 Posts)

• Stations: Islamabad (03), Karachi (02)

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: At least 02 years of relevant experience

• Mandatory: Valid registration with PEC

• Monthly Salary: PKR 150,000 (lumpsum)

• Minimum Age: 25 years

3. Project Coordinator (02 Posts)

• Stations: Islamabad (01), Karachi (01)

• Qualification: Master's in Construction Management / Project Management from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: At least 02 years of relevant experience

• Monthly Salary: PKR 150,000 (lumpsum)

• Minimum Age: 25 years

4. Sub-Engineer Civil (07 Posts)

• Stations: Islamabad (04), Karachi (03)

• Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Board of Technical Education

• Experience: Preferably at least 02 years of relevant experience

• Minimum Age: 25 years

5. Admn./Finance Assistant (04 Posts)

• Stations: Islamabad (02), Karachi (02)

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience

Terms & Conditions

1. Contractual Basis: All appointments shall be made purely on a project-based contractual basis and shall not confer any entitlement to perks and benefits admissible to PIDCL's regular employees against sanctioned positions.

2. Eligibility: Candidates must possess the requisite qualifications, relevant experience, and other eligibility criteria prescribed for the respective positions.

4. Shortlisting: Only candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be considered for interviews.
