1. Site Architect

No. of Positions: 02
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experience: 3–5 years (preferably in housing societies)

Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction materials

  • Supervise site execution and finishing works

  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks

  • Ensure work compliance with approved drawings

  • Monitor finishing works (tiles, paint, woodwork, façade, interiors)

Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), and MS Office

2. Interior Designer (Female)

No. of Positions: 02
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Interior Design / Architecture
Experience: 2–5 years (hospitality/commercial projects preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and space planning
