Announcement for Recruitment — 2025 Intake

The Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG) invites applications for various vacant positions across different provinces. Recruitment will be carried out in accordance with the Government of Pakistan’s regional quota system.

Eligible Pakistani citizens who meet the specified criteria may apply as per the schedule mentioned below.

Vacant Positions & Basic Information

Note: Age relaxation may be granted as per government rules.

Physical Standards

  • Minimum Height: 5 feet 6 inches (for general category)

  • Chest: 32–34 inches (minimum expansion of 2 inches)

  • Weight: Proportionate to height and medical standards

All candidates must be physically fit, and fitness will be evaluated during the recruitment process.

Recruitment will be made under the approved regional quota for:

  • Punjab

  • Sindh (Rural/Urban)

  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

  • Balochistan

  • Gilgit-Baltistan

  • Azad Jammu & Kashmir

Candidates must report to the recruitment center by 07:30 AM on the specified date for initial registration and physical tests.

Required Documents (at the time of appearance)

Candidates must bring original and attested photocopies of the following documents:

  1. CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

  2. Domicile Certificate

  3. Academic Certificates (Matric / Intermediate / Technical Diploma)

  4. Four (4) recent passport-size photographs

  5. Character Certificate (issued by local authority or police)

Note: Candidates above 18 years of age must possess a Computerized CNIC. Juvenile Form-B will not be accepted.

Disqualification Conditions

Candidates will be considered ineligible if they:

  • Are dismissed or terminated from any government service.

  • Are involved in any criminal case or declared convicted by a court.

  • Have forged or fake educational documents.

  • Have medical or physical disabilities that prevent duty performance.

  • Are absent without leave or deserters from any armed or civil forces.

  • Have name/date of birth discrepancies between CNIC and educational documents.

Strict legal action will be taken against candidates submitting fake documents or providing false information.

General Instructions

  • The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during recruitment.

  • Candidates must bear their own travel and medical examination expenses.

  • Those who pass the initial physical and written test will proceed to medical and final selection stages.

  • Candidates with higher education or technical skills (ITV/ULTV license, etc.) will be given preference.

  • Recruitment in Pakistan Coast Guards is conducted strictly on merit.
