01 Position/Job Title IT PMO Officer (AVP / OG-I)
  Reporting to Wing Head — PMO
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Candidates having PMP or relevant certification will be preferred_
Experience
  • Minimum 03 years' experience in relevant area in assisting with defining, and establishing a supportive PMO including standards, and methodology.
  • Experience of working in the PMO function or a large project encompassing PMO function.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • To demonstrate effective project management techniques and aid in the implementation of a project management culture across the organization.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To assist in defining, establishing, building, implementing, and managing a supportive PMO ensuring successful implementation of the PMO's framework, guidelines, strategy, standards, methodology, responsibilities, services, and deliverables
  • To aid and assist in defining and implementing governance frameworks including risk management, resource management, change management etc.
  • To assist in evaluating and implementing project management processes, methods, tools, metrics and guidelines and standards, and support to establish a Project Governance and IT portfolio management framework
  • To work as directed for continuous improvement of IT PMO methodologies, processes, templates, and toolkits
  • To help drive better efficiency in delivering applications and services by evolving existing processes
  • To assist and develop reporting dashboards and tools to facilitate data- and insight-driven planning
  • To learn and introduce new tools and processes as and when required and assist to drive new or changed tools and processes to continually improve performance across IT
  • To produce ongoing reporting MIS/Data on a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • To identify and share learning and development needs and assist with a training plan on an annual basis
  • To ensure that all assignments are duly performed as per schedule & Bank procedure
  • Other duties as assigned by PMO Lead from time to time
02 Position/Job Title Team Lead - Digital Services (AVP / OG-1)
  Reporting to Departmental Head - Digital Services
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 03 years' experience in ADC / Digital / e-Banking or related areas within software houses, system integrators, financial services, technology service providers, product vendors and related sectors and organizations.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Good knowledge of Digital Channels
  • Good Knowledge and experience of Digital Channel applications'
  • management, support, development or other aspects of the lifecycle
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and work with high-performing teams to address issues and propose solutions to enhance the Customer Journey

03 Position/Job Title Software Quality Assurance Analyst (0G-100G-11)
  Reporting to SQA Lead
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 06 years' experience, preference will be given to candidate having experience of system testing in banking and financial services.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Knowledge of regression testing, black box testing, white box testing and validation of business requirements
  • Good knowledge of automated testing tools
  • Well versed in using PMIS tools such as Jira, etc. for task tracking
  • Have experience of creating test estimates, resource planning and scheduling of test resources including data and environments.
  • Have a proven record of working in high-pressure environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experienced in the use of test techniques such as Risk Based Testing, Advanced Defect Management and Static Testing
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To assist and support the SQA Lead in the creation of a test schedule/ timeline (covering test planning, preparation, and execution) that are realistic and effective
  • To assist the SQA Lead in the production of the overall test strategy/ master test plan
  • To conduct SQA activities with teaming efforts
  • To be aware of all phases of SQA testing including System Testing, System Integration, User Acceptance, non-functional, Operational Acceptance testing, etc.
  • To produce test documentation, including test plans, test requirements, scripts, test outcome reports and metrics
04 Position/Job Title Section Head — Digital Assurance (AVP / OG-1)
  Reporting to Wing Head — IT Security
Academic I Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's University / Institute
  • Candidates having certifications will be
Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized Master's degree and relevant professional preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 03 years' experience in Cyber security & IT security engineering Domain.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To design, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, applications, and information assets
  • To liaise between security and software development teams and assist in implementation of SAST, DAST, PT and other secure software assurance practices
  • To identify, define, build, deploy, and track security controls & measure for applications, system. and databases in contrast with OWASP, CWE, CIS benchmark and SAMM
  • To design application security architecture via threat modeling and develop detailed cyber security designs and should have a solid understanding of cyber security in the domains of security vulnerabilities, threat actor TTP's, common malware types, networking protocols
  • To be responsible for reviewing and assisting in operation of security management and monitoring solutions in place
  • To assist in secure coding practices and perform manual as well as tool- based review of application security and lay guidelines in mitigating potential threats & minimizing attack surface
  • To manage the development, implementation and continuous refinement of security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure ongoing strengthening and maintenance of security practices

  • To ensure security models, technologies and protocols are established, enforced, and maintained by system architects and designers
  • To identify emerging vulnerabilities, evaluates associated risks, andthreats and provides countermeasures where necessary
  • To design technical solutions. proficient with tools for application, database, mobile, container, Apis, micro services and other digital solution security testing, as well as identify new security tools to improve overall security posture of organization
  • To determine the sensitivity of the data in order to recommend the appropriate data classifications and monitoring methods

05 Position/Job Title Team Lead - Payment Switch (OG-1)
  Reporting to Departmental Head - Payment Switch, ADC Wing
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field, preferably in banking / financial sector.
  • Experience in HSM and Technical background in EMV Smartcard technology will be a plus_
Other Skills! Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Good knowledge of Payment Systems and Standards related with ATM, Debit/Credit Cards and Switch (Like: XML and IS08583)
  • Good technical knowledge for EMV Card Personalization

06 Position/Job Title Mobile Banking System Officer (0G-11)
  Reporting to Department Head, Digital Service - ADC Wing
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Experience
  • Minimum 02 years' experience in ADC / Digital e-Banking or related area preferably in banking sector.
Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required
  • Thorough understanding of the systems and standards related to mobile and digital banking
  • Ability to work with teams to resolve issues and arrive at appropriate solutions
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To provide operational & implementation support in Mobile Banking, VAS services Utility Bill Payments, IBFT, Digital Wallets, Ecommerce & Web- based technologies
  • To be responsible for on-going projects activities related with Mobile Banking Applications
  • To work and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Experience
  • Minimum 02 years' experience in Payment Switch support & related area.

  Reporting to Wing Head — Allied Solution Operations
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University / Institute or equivalent.
Experience
  • Minimum in support
03 years of experience in IT field out of which at least 01 year for IT applications in financial institutions.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To ensure smooth operations & Support applications
  • To implement business rules in the applications
  • To configure interfaces with other applications
  • To provide guidelines and trainings to regional IT officials / branches
  • To coordinate with other Wings for operations and new application implementations
  • Other duties assigned by Wing Head
