Services Hospital was founded in 1958, when an outpatient department of Mayo Hospital , Lahore was setup. This was changed into 55-bedded In 1960 and named as Wahdat Hospital. It had medical and surgical facilities, together with laboratory and X-Rays unit and was later renamed " Services Hospital ". It provides marvelous tertiary health care facilities to everyone which are preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services through capable and expert human resources at reasonable charges, without any discrimination. Further, the Government of Punjab in 2003 has founded an exclusive, self-financing educational school which is called Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS).
