VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the appointment of 23 vacant positions in the Trauma Center & Emergency Department (Teaching Unit/Faculty of PGMI) at Sandeman Provincial Hospital, Quetta, on an Adhoc/Contract basis.

Application Deadline:
Submit applications to the Divisional Director of Health Services, Quetta Division (Provincial Health Directorate, Saryab Link Road, Quetta) by Thursday, 28 November 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Education: MBBS degree from a PMDC-recognized institution.
  2. Postgraduate Qualification: FCPS/MS or an equivalent degree.
  3. Registration: Permanent PMDC registration with the relevant postgraduate qualification.
  4. Domicile: Must be a local or domicile holder of Balochistan.
  5. Employment Status: Permanent employment with the Government of Balochistan as:
    • Medical Officer (B-17)
    • Lady Medical Officer (B-17)
    • Specialist (B-18)

Terms and Conditions

  1. Age Limit: As per the Government of Balochistan's policy.
  2. Retired Employees: Eligible to apply, subject to government consideration.
  3. Allowance: Trauma Risk Allowance may be available, subject to approval.
  4. Application Requirements: Submit two sets of attested copies of:
    • Educational certificates
    • Professional experience certificates
    • Local/domicile certificate
    • CNIC
    • Four passport-sized photographs
    • Updated CV
  5. Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel with a NOC from the parent department.
  6. Contract Duration: 2 years (first year as probation). Extension is performance-based.
  7. Interview Policy:
    • No TA/DA will be provided.
    • Recommendations of the Selection Committee will be final.
  8. Disqualifications:
    • Canvassing will result in disqualification.
    • Candidates dismissed for disciplinary reasons are ineligible.
    • Submission of false information will lead to dismissal and legal action.
