?? Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Ghulam Farooq Memorial Hospital, Buleda – District Kech

?? Job Overview

The Government of Balochistan, Health Department is seeking applications from qualified and experienced individuals holding a local/domicile of Balochistan for the contractual appointment of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Ghulam Farooq Memorial Hospital, Buleda.

?? Key Responsibilities

The CEO will be responsible for leading, managing, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital. Core responsibilities include:

Providing strategic leadership and ensuring implementation of policies and decisions issued by:

Government of Balochistan

Board of Governors (BoG)

Health Department

Managing all administrative, clinical, and operational functions of the hospital efficiently and effectively.

Acting as the Principal Accounting Officer for the hospital, ensuring:

Proper financial management

Effective utilization and investment of funds

Maintenance of financial records

Coordination of audits

Management of hospital assets

Conducting Gap Analysis, Training Needs Assessments (TNA), and proposing improvements in healthcare service delivery.

Preparing strategic and operational plans for review and approval by the BoG.

Assisting in overall policy implementation, strategic thinking, leadership development, and daily operational management (including petty cash and administration).

Leading senior management and guiding all hospital staff.

Organizing hospital meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring execution of decisions.

?? Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification:

MBBS/BDS from a recognized institution

Postgraduate degree in Public Health

Must be registered with PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council)

Minimum Experience:

At least 5 years of professional experience in hospital administration or public health

?? Terms & Conditions

The appointment will be purely on a contract basis for a period of three (3) years.

Only candidates holding a local/domicile of Balochistan are eligible to apply.

The upper age limit is 60 years.
