We are seeking highly qualified professionals to join our growing team.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Law

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement

  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation

  • Experience in mining or industrial environments is preferred

  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba will be considered an advantage

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to manage complex procurement activities and deliver cost savings

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Procurement best practices

    • Contract law

    • Ethical sourcing principles

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing activities for complex categories and develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

  • Manage and evaluate performance of critical vendors and negotiate contracts

  • Mentor junior purchasers in sourcing and vendor management

  • Streamline procurement processes and support implementation of procurement policies and systems

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and value
