Location: Rawalpindi (Upcoming LPG Plant)

Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company, invites applications from proactive, results-oriented, and highly professional individuals for the following positions at its upcoming LPG Plant in Rawalpindi.


Position: Senior Officer (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of LPG bottling and storage equipment such as pumps, compressors, valves, filling machines, and fire pumping units.

Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.

Support daily plant operations, including cylinder filling, maintenance workshop supervision, and equipment monitoring.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrades of plant equipment.

Collaborate closely with engineers, electricians, and operators to resolve technical issues promptly.

Provide technical support and training to junior staff.


Position: Senior Officer (Chemical)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit daily progress and sales reports.

Operate and maintain LPG storage and loading/unloading systems, ensuring safe receipt and dispatch of LPG via tanks, pipelines, and related equipment.

Conduct routine inspections, maintenance activities, and report potential system issues.

Ensure strict adherence to LPG safety regulations, SOPs, and proper PPE usage.

Monitor system parameters such as pressure, temperature, and volume for safe plant operations.

Maintain records, prepare technical reports, and assist in safety audits.

Work collaboratively with HSE, engineering, operations teams, vendors, and contractors to optimize system performance.

Provide technical support during installations, upgrades, and staff training.

Perform all duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.


Position: Senior Officer (Electrical/Instrumentation)

Key Responsibilities:

Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLCs, digital control valves, DCS, and associated control systems including pressure transmitters, flow meters, HRVs, etc.

Provide hands-on maintenance support for LPG cylinder filling and bottling machines.

Monitor system performance, alarms, and data trends to ensure smooth plant operations.

Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and system upgrades.

Troubleshoot faults in control loops, alarms, and safety systems.

Maintain documentation, maintenance schedules, and report critical issues promptly.

Follow safety standards rigorously, participate in safety drills, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Ensure plant operations remain free from electrical faults and maintain a flame-proof safety culture in all equipment and procedures.

Periodically inspect the earthing system and maintain accurate logbooks.

Perform all duties assigned by the Plant Manager.


Qualification & Experience:

Candidates must hold a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or B-Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering from an HEC/NTC-recognized institution.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting within an LPG or petrochemical plant environment.

Strong knowledge of documentation, reporting maintenance activities, inspection protocols, and safety audits.
