Job Opportunity: Senior Manager Engineering & Maintenance Department

Medical Teaching Institution - Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has designated Ayub Teaching Hospital (ATH), Abbottabad, as a Medical Teaching Institution under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Act, 2015, granting it autonomous status. The institution seeks a qualified professional for the following position:

Position Details

Position Title: Senior Manager Engineering & Maintenance Department (IP5-07)
Number of Positions: 01

Qualification and Experience

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
    • Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
    • Additional qualifications in Engineering or Management are preferred.
    • Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering will be given preference.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
    • Preference for candidates with experience in similar positions, particularly in hospitals or large institutions.

Note: Criteria regarding age and service contract are under review and will be applied upon approval by the competent authority.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The services will adhere to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015 (including amendments and regulations).
  2. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
  3. Eligibility requirements must be met by the application deadline.
  4. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
  5. Government or Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channels.
  6. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
  7. Equivalent certificates from HEC must be submitted for foreign degrees.
  8. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the selection process at any stage.

    • From the HR Department, ATH, Abbottabad, for Rs. 2000/-
    • Or download it from the official website www.ath.gov.pk and attach a bank draft of Rs. 2000/- in favor of Hospital Director MTI, ATH Abbottabad.
