Available Positions:

The Local Government, Elections and Rural Development Department invites applications from eligible candidates with domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Merged Areas for the following positions under the project:

3 Environmental & Social Specialist 01 Master’s in Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, or Social Sciences/Agricultural Sciences from an HEC recognized institution. 5 years of relevant work experience. Up to 60 years
4 Capacity Development Officer 04 Master's in Social Sciences/Social Work from an HEC recognized institution. 3 years experience in planning and implementing capacity development or training projects. Up to 45 years
5 Lead IT Specialist 01 BS (4 Years) in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or Master's in Computer Science from an HEC recognized institution. 7 years experience in IT and management. Up to 60 years
6 Senior MS Officer 01 BS (4 Years) in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or Master's in Computer Science from an HEC recognized institution. 5 years experience in database management, application development, and MIS implementation. Up to 50 years
7 Database Officer 01 BS (4 Years) in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or Master’s in Computer Science from an HEC recognized institution. 3 years experience in database management. Up to 45 years
8 Database Developer 03 BS (4 Years) in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or Master’s in Computer Science from an HEC recognized institution. 3 years experience in database development and IT management. Up to 45 years
9 MIS Officer 01 BS (4 Years) in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or Master’s in Computer Science from an HEC recognized institution. Up to 45 years

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • All candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear for the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted later, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process.

  2. Application Process:

    • Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and complete the application process.

    • After profile creation, candidates need to get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, candidates will not be able to apply.

  3. Test & Interview:

    • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, based on the test results.

    • The ETEA Test will have a passing score of 40%.

  4. Project Policy:

    • Appointments will be made under the project policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and employment will be terminated upon project completion or earlier if performance is unsatisfactory.

  5. Incomplete Applications:

    • Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

  6. TA/DA:

    • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview.

  7. Government Employees:

    • Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.

  8. Multiple Applications:

    • Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate applications and pay separate fees for each position.

  9. Foreign Degrees:

    • If the candidate holds a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from HEC must be provided.

  10. Number of Posts:

    • The number of posts may be increased or decreased by the competent authority based on project requirements.

How to Apply:

  2. Deposit Fee:

    • After successful submission, an online deposit slip will be generated. The fee can be deposited through Easypaisa app, JazzCash app, or any UBL branch.

  3. Keep the Deposit Slip:

    • After payment, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with you for reference.

  4. Documents Submission:

    • After applying online, do not send documents to the ETEA office. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documents when requested.

  • Test Date: To be announced on the Roll No. slip.
