2026 RECRUITMENT

The Bank of Punjab, an institution with profound history and extensive presence, is recruiting. In line with the Bank’s progression strategy, we invite applications for the following position in our Enterprise Risk Management Division (Risk Management Group).

Position Job Summary/Major Responsibilities Eligibility Criteria
Segment Head-Integrated Risk Management
(Risk Management Group)
(Grade: Band 6/ Band 3)
(Location: Lahore)
  • Supervise implementation of Basel Framework at Bank level.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of quarterly CAR & LR to the regulator and suggest augmenting them at desired level.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of LCR, NSFR, Monitoring Tools and Stress Testing.
  • Responsible for development of documents including ICAAP, Recovery Plan, Contingency Funding Plan, Recovery & Resolution Plans etc.
  • Ensure review of IFRS 9 models (including PD, LGD, EAD, CCF models).
  • Responsible for review/renewal of Bank’s Risk Appetite Framework, Risk Adjusted Pricing Models, ERM SOP Policies etc.
  • Work on automation and integration of all risk management functions.
  • Responsible for conducting UAT’s of Basel Engine, IFRS Engine and other treasury related systems/applications.

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, from a HEC recognized University/Foreign University.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of July 17, 2026.

Experience:
Minimum 09 years of Banking experience. Preference shall be given to the candidates having 04 Year’s relevant experience.
