Job Summary & Core Responsibilities

The Segment Head Digital Product Development is primarily responsible for managing the execution of Digital Banking initiatives across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategy & Planning: Translate high-level business objectives and product visions into structured delivery plans, functional requirements, project roadmaps, sprint plans, and clear implementation milestones.

  • Requirement Management: Lead core requirement management processes, including gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis, prioritization, creating functional specifications, and managing change requests.

  • Project Governance: Manage and govern both agile and hybrid project delivery mechanisms. This includes workstream planning, backlog management, release coordination, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) governance, and rollout planning.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital products and services are well-aligned and compliant with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations for digital and alternate banking channels.

  • Security Standards: Apply strong expertise in security standards and frameworks specifically tailored for digital banking environments.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following benchmarks to be considered for the role:

Criteria Requirement
Education Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience Minimum 9 to 12 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience.
Age Limit Up to 55 years maximum (as of the application date).
