Position: Telesales Agent

Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited is seeking enthusiastic, target-driven, and highly motivated individuals to join our growing team as Telesales Agents. The selected candidates will play a key role in promoting PropertyShare investment opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce PropertyShare investment opportunities

  • Clearly explain investment benefits and guide clients through the process

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions in CRM systems

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns

  • Address client queries and concerns regarding PropertyShare investments

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate (preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate)

  • Proven experience in telesales (real estate sales experience will be an advantage)

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle objections and work effectively under pressure

  • Fluency in English and Urdu
