1 to 3 years of experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) development, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. -
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
Job Description:
As an RPA Developer at Meezan Bank, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Digital Banking capabilities through automation. Your responsibilities will include:

Process Analysis:
Analyze and identify business processes that are suitable for automation using RPA tools to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. -
Solution Development:
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards. -
Workflow Maintenance:
Develop and maintain RPA workflows, including comprehensive process documentation, testing, and debugging to ensure seamless operation and integration. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on automation initiatives.
