Organization Overview (Description)

A prestigious engineering consultancy firm is seeking to hire qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for various key positions. The firm requires dynamic individuals capable of contributing to complex engineering and management projects in line with international standards.

Available Positions (Details)

1. Resident Engineer

Qualification:

  • B.E. in Civil, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (Preference will be given to candidates with M.S. in Engineering).

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of practical experience in the relevant field.

  • Civil Engineers: Should have hands-on experience in Building Construction, Water Supply, and Sanitation Projects.

  • Electrical Engineers: Should have expertise in Solar Systems, Electrical Installations, and HT Line Projects.

  • Experience in international organizations will be preferred.

2. Assistant Resident Engineer

Qualification:

  • B.E. in Civil or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the relevant field.

  • Civil Engineers: Must have experience in Building, Water Supply, and Sanitation Works.

  • Electrical Engineers: Should possess experience in Solar Energy, Electrical Systems, and LT/HT Line Projects.

3. Planning Engineer

Qualification:

  • B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in:

    • Project implementation planning

    • Annual expenditure and budget forecasting

    • Financing plans

    • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports/work programs

  • Candidates with Project Management expertise will be given preference.

4. Manager HR & Finance

Qualification:

  • ACCA, CA, BBA/MBA (Finance), B.Com, or M.Com.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting and Finance, including at least 6 years in a managerial role.

  • Prior experience in national or international organizations or engineering consultancy firms is preferred.

5. Business Development & Procurement Expert

Qualification:

  • MBA, B.Com/M.Com, or B.E. (Civil Engineering).

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, procurement processes, and contracting.

  • Sound knowledge of procurement rules and project acquisition strategies is essential.

6. Health and Safety Specialist

Qualification:

  • B.E. in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Health, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Occupational Health and Safety.

  • Must be capable of designing and implementing workplace safety protocols and compliance systems.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer applications and technical report writing.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpretation skills.

  • Good understanding of government rules, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
