CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from suitable candidates purely on a contract basis for a period of one (01) year under a Governance & Policy Reforms Programme, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

POSITION DETAILS

 
Title Research & Policy Analyst
Number of Positions 05 (five)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Education: 16 years of formal education in one of the following fields:

    • Public Policy

    • Economics

    • Development Studies

    • Project Management

    • Business Administration

    • Accounting & Finance

    • Any other relevant field

  • Preference Criteria (in order of priority):

    1. Top-tier international universities

    2. National centers of excellence

    3. Traditional public sector centers of excellence

    4. Other universities

  • Additional Preference:

    • Master’s degree

    • Additional relevant qualifications

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE (Three Phases)

 
Phase Activity
Phase I Shortlisting based on academic credentials, CV quality, cover letter, professional track record, background checks, and reference verification
Phase II Standardized Aptitude Test (including basic proficiency, technical competency in financial, technical & strategic skills; case study/problem solving approach)
Phase III Detailed interviews to evaluate ability to fulfill job requirements

NOTE: Marks will not be carried forward from one phase to the next.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 
Requirement Details
Experience Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience in public, private, or development sector
Preferred Experience Working with government or foreign-funded projects
Preferred Achievement Verifiable track record of outstanding achievement, including successful team leadership
Technical Proficiency Data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, or similar)
Core Skills Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview

    • No TA/DA will be admissible

  7. Post Adjustment

    • Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel or decrease the number of posts
