Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Registrar (BPS-20 Equivalent)

  • Postgraduate degree (preferably First Class or equivalent) after 16 years of education
  • Minimum 17 years of administrative experience in BPS-17 or above in a Government Department / University / Autonomous Body

2. Controller of Examinations (BPS-20 Equivalent)

  • Postgraduate degree (First Class preferred)
  • Minimum 17 years of teaching, administrative, or examination experience in relevant organizations

3. Manager Admissions (BPS-18 Equivalent)

  • Postgraduate degree (First Class preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in admissions or academic administration

4. IT Support Officer (BPS-17 Equivalent)

  • Postgraduate degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT support or systems management

5. Assistant Director (Quality Enhancement Cell)

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance, academic evaluation, or related area

6. Assistant Manager (ORIC)

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in research, innovation, or commercialization

General Instructions

  • Only candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province are eligible to apply
  • Maximum Age Limit:
    • BPS-20 positions: 55 years
    • BPS-17 & BPS-18 positions: 45 years
  • Tenure Details:
    • Registrar: 4 years (extendable based on performance)
    • Other positions: 1 year contract (extendable up to 2 years)
  • Government/semi-government employees must apply through proper channel and provide NOC
  • Age, qualifications, and experience will be calculated as of the closing date
  • Separate applications and fees are required for multiple positions
  • The University reserves the right to increase/decrease or cancel any post without reason
