VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT — DESCRIBED & DETAILED FORMAT

NFC-Institute of Engineering & Technology (NFC-IET), Multan — a Federally Chartered Degree-Awarding Institute.

Nature of Appointment

Applications are invited from qualified male and female candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the following positions. Appointments will be made on a purely contract basis for an initial term of three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirements.

Position 1: Registrar (Equivalent to BPS-20)

Option (i):

• (a) Ph.D. or equivalent qualification from an institute/university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC); and

• (b) Eight (08) years' post-qualification administrative experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.

OR

Option (ii):

• (a) MS / M.Phil. or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; and

• (b) Ten (10) years' post-qualification administrative experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.

OR

Option (iii):

• (a) Master's degree (second division) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; and

• (b) Twelve (12) years' post-qualification administrative experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.

Additional Requirement: Proficiency in Digital Skills is mandatory.

Position 2: Controller of Examinations (Equivalent to BPS-20)

OR

Option (iii):

• (a) Master's degree (second division) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; and

• (b) Twelve (12) years' post-qualification experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the relevant field of Conduct of Examinations.

Position 3: Treasurer / Chief Financial Officer (Equivalent to BPS-20)

OR

Option (ii):

• (a) MS / M.Phil. in Finance / Commerce / Accounting / Auditing / Economics or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; and

• (b) Ten (10) years' post-qualification experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the relevant field of Audit & Accounts.

OR

Option (iii):

• (a) MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA / ACCA / ACMA / M.Sc. Economics (second division) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; and

• (b) Twelve (12) years' post-qualification experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the relevant field of Audit & Accounts.

Additional Requirement: Proficiency in Digital Skills is mandatory.

Important Instructions & Conditions

1. In-Service Candidates: Candidates already in government/semi-government service must apply through proper channel by the due date.

2. Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates will be invited for Test/Interview; no TA/DA will be paid.

3. Disqualification: Candidates terminated/dismissed under any disciplinary action/law from Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies are not eligible. If such a fact is discovered at any stage, employment shall be terminated immediately without notice.

4. Mode of Application: Applications submitted through email will not be entertained. Applications without Bank Draft/Pay Order will not be entertained.

5. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications in any manner shall not be entertained; such candidates will be considered ineligible.
