1. Regional Head – Corporate Sales

Grade: GM / DGM
Number of Posts: 03 (North, Central, South Regions)
Reporting To: Head of Corporate Sales
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution
• At least 6 years of experience in managing banking or insurance sales teams across one or more distribution channels

Job Purpose

To lead and drive B2B and B2G corporate sales in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Business Development
  • Implement corporate sales strategy
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability
• Client Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and intermediaries
  • Support negotiation and closure of corporate deals
  • Ensure business retention (persistency)
• Internal Coordination
  • Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, and product teams
  • Ensure timely quotations and customized solutions
  • Work with operations and claims teams for smooth service delivery

2. Patient Care Lead

Reporting To: Head of Health Insurance Operations
Age Limit: Not more than 45 years

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution
• At least 6 years of experience in health insurance
• Strong system skills preferred

Job Purpose

To ensure efficient patient care services and service quality in coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Beneficiary Support
  • Manage verification, enrollment, and facilitation
  • Handle data management and system issues
  • Guide patients regarding treatment coverage
  • Train hospital facilitation officers
• Contact Center & Complaint Management
  • Oversee contact center operations (inbound/outbound)
  • Manage complaint registration and resolution
  • Handle complaints at company, SECP, and PMDU levels
  • Improve service quality through feedback management

3. Medical Operations Lead

Job Purpose

To manage pre-authorization, claims processing, and medical review operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-authorization & Medical Review
  • Oversee approvals for IPO, OPD, and daycare services
  • Ensure compliance with policies and clinical protocols
• Claims Processing
  • Manage complete claims cycle (consultation, lab, pharmacy, hospital billing, reimbursements)
  • Ensure accurate and timely claim settlements
• Audit & Compliance
  • Conduct medical audits and fraud detection
  • Monitor claims patterns and ensure regulatory compliance

4. Service Provider Relations Lead

• MBBS degree from a PMDC-recognized institute
• Minimum 5 years of experience in health sector

Job Purpose

To manage healthcare provider networks, including empanelment and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provider Empanelment & Contracting
  • Lead hospital empanelment and de-empanelment
  • Define evaluation criteria
  • Negotiate treatment packages and contracts
• Provider Operations
  • Coordinate with hospitals for smooth operations
  • Handle objections and operational issues
  • Ensure effective provider network management
