1. GENERAL MANAGER

Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overall management of day-to-day club operations
  • Leading and supervising a workforce of approximately 200 employees
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence
  • Managing inventory and administrative systems
  • Maintaining high standards of member satisfaction
  • Overseeing coordination across all departments

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master’s degree in:
    • Management
    • Business Administration
    • Hospitality
    • Social Sciences
      (From an HEC-recognized national or international university)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a reputable public or private organization
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
    • Armed Forces clubs
    • Defense clubs
    • Other prestigious institutions

Essential Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
