The Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals domiciled in Punjab for project-based teaching and administrative positions at Regional Blood Centers in:

• Mianwali

• Layyah

• Vehari

• Sheikhupura

All positions are offered on a contract basis (non-transferable) with a market-competitive lump sum salary package.

Available Positions

1. Quality Assurance Officer

No. of Posts: 04 (One at each center)

Qualification & Experience:

• 16 years of education in Biosciences / Total Quality Management / Public Health / Hospital Management or equivalent (HEC recognized).

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospital/clinic/lab/blood bank.

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

2. Medical Lab Technologist

No. of Posts: 12 (Distributed among listed centers)

Qualification & Experience:

• BS (Hons.) in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent (HEC recognized).

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in pathology lab/blood bank.

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

3. Computer Operator / Blood Bank Receptionist

No. of Posts: 12 (03 at each center)

Qualification & Experience:

• BCS / B.Com / BBA or equivalent (HEC recognized).

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in hospital/clinic/lab/blood bank.

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

4. Blood Bank Technician

No. of Posts: 16 (04 at each center)

Qualification & Experience:

• FSc (Pre-Medical) with 2-year Diploma in Lab Technology/Blood Bank Technology or equivalent (recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty).

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hospital/clinic/lab/blood bank.

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Positions are offered on a contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended).

2. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government policy.

3. Quota will be applied as per Government of Punjab rules.

4. Transgender individuals are encouraged to apply.

5. Only candidates domiciled in Punjab are eligible.

6. These posts are post-specific and non-transferable.

7. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

8. Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel.

9. Age and experience will be calculated on the closing date of application.

10. Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to disqualification.

11. Degrees must be issued by HEC-recognized institutions (or foreign degree with HEC equivalence).

12. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (via email/SMS).

13. Candidates must bring original documents and attested copies (HEC attested degrees mandatory) at the time of interview.

14. Number of vacancies may increase/decrease without notice.

15. The Department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
