Post Qualfication and Experience
Head SPPU/ Units MBA, ACCA, FCAM, Masters in Engineering, Business Economics, Ecnoomics from HEC recognized institution relevant degree. Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.
Solid Waste Management Expert 16 years of education or higher degree in civil public health engineering/ environmental engineering or relevant education from HEC recognized university. Minimum 12 years of professional expereince at national and international levels organizations in the relevant field particularly infrastructure
M&E Expert 16 years of education or higher degree in business economics or BSc Civil Engineering with Regular or Executive MBA will be preferred or Masters in Project Management with strong academic background of above qualfications from a HEC recognized institute. Minimum 12 years post qualifications experience in project management, monitoring and evaluator assignements.
Municipal Finance Expert 16 years of education or higher degree in finance/commerce (M.Com)/MBA (Finance)/ Banking or Business Administration from HEC recognized institutes. Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in finanical management, budgeting & planning audit & accounts with a special focus on municipal finance.
Local Govt Taxation 16 years of education or higher education degree in law from HEC recognized institutes. Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience with local govt taxation processes
Public Private Partnership Expert
