Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following qualification criteria:

Option A:

  • 1st Class MS/M.Phil. (18 years) Degree from an HEC-recognized university in Project Management or relevant field.

  • Experience: At least 03 years post-qualification experience of handling PSDP Education Sector projects.

Option B:

  • 1st Class Bachelor's (16 years) Degree from an HEC-recognized university in MBA/BBA/BS or relevant field.

  • Experience: At least 05 years post-qualification experience of handling PSDP Education Sector projects.

Additional Required Knowledge:

  • Knowledge about PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) rules.

  • Knowledge about PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) procedures.

  • Knowledge about Planning Commission guidelines.

  • Familiarity with other Government rules/procedures prescribed for the implementation of development projects.

Important Notes

  • Previous Withdrawal: The previous advertisement for this post (with last date May 25, 2026) has been withdrawn as no eligible candidate was found.

  • No Regularization: The post is purely on a fixed lump sum pay basis. No claim for regularization shall be entertained.
