Vacant Position & Eligibility Criteria

Medical Doctor / General Physician (Visiting Basis)

  • Nationality: Pakistani Nationals only.

  • Qualification: MBBS with a completed 1-year house job.

  • Registration: Must be validly registered with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) / PMC.

  • Preference: Preference will be given to residents of Gujranwala who can easily commute and visit the campus on a daily basis.

  • [ ] Updated CV

  • [ ] Duly attested Educational Certificates

  • [ ] Duly attested Professional Certificates (MBBS degree, House Job certificate, PMDC registration)

  • [ ] Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

  • [ ] Domicile Certificate

  • [ ] Relevant Experience Letter(s)

  • [ ] Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs

Important Terms & Application Instructions

  • Nature of Appointment: This appointment is purely on a temporary, visiting basis for 6 months and is not liable to be regularized at any stage.

  • Submission Method: Complete application files must reach the physical office of the Deputy Registrar at the Gujranwala Campus by or before the deadline. No extra time will be granted for postal or transit delays.

  • Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. Incomplete applications or those received after June 11, 2026, will be rejected automatically.

  • TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.

  • University Rights: The university administration reserves the right to withhold or cancel the appointment process without providing any reason.
