Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1 Project Manager Site Office, Chilas B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Government Institutes (preferably UET or NUST) with 15 years experience in construction (roads, buildings, infrastructure, or similar).
Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate technical, contractual, and procurement matters.
  • Review project documentation and support site teams.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with project specifications, policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Supervise and monitor ongoing site activities as per schedule.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects to achieve scope, time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate with Engineer/Employer on technical clarifications and approvals.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and contract documents for discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparation of shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
  • Develop progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage site team and resources efficiently.
Requirement: Valid PEC Registration mandatory		 35–50 04
2 QA/QC Engineer Site Office, Chilas B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Government Institutes (preferably UET or NUST) with 7 years experience in construction (roads, buildings, infrastructure, or similar).
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop, review, and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP), ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
  • Conduct inspections for materials, in-process activities, and completed works.
  • Maintain quality records: IRs, MIRs, test reports, NCRs, QA/QC logs.
  • Ensure proper filing of QA/QC documents for audits and project closeout.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Clients.
Requirement: Valid PEC Registration mandatory		 28–40 04
3 Procurement Manager Head Office, Islamabad Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BBA/BCom) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field with 8 years procurement experience in construction.
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services according to specifications.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
  • Verify invoices, delivery notes, and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, logs, and records.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and procurement software.
