CAREER OPPORTUNITY – PROJECT ENGINEERS

Company Overview:
PARCO Gunvor Limited (PGL) is a joint venture between Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) and Gunvor Group. With roots in Pakistan’s energy sector dating back to 1997, the company operated as Total PARCO Pakistan Limited (TPPL) from 2001 before transitioning to its current identity as PGL.

Project: Knock-Down Rebuild of Bulk Oil Storage Depot – Taru Jabba
Project Duration: 18 months (extendable subject to subsequent projects or availability of other internal positions)

Available Positions and Requirements

Sr. Position Qualification Experience / Skills Required Key Responsibilities
1 Planning Engineer B.Sc. Civil / Mechanical Engineering Minimum 7 years experience; strong command of project planning, monitoring, and scheduling using MS Project and Primavera Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, coordinate with teams, ensure timely completion of project milestones
2 Safety Engineer B.Sc. Engineering or equivalent; NEBOSH/IOSH Certified Minimum 5 years experience in worksite safety management, compliance, and coordination Manage safety protocols on-site, ensure compliance with safety standards, prepare and maintain safety documentation for audits
3 Civil Engineer B.Sc. Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years experience in large-scale construction projects Oversee site civil works, ensure compliance with design specifications, resolve critical construction issues, and coordinate with contractors
4 Piping & Commissioning Engineer B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years project experience, specializing in steel structure/piping fabrication, P&ID compliance, and commissioning of product and fire-fighting systems Supervise piping fabrication and installation, ensure compliance with OGRA and NFPA standards, manage commissioning activities
