SITUATION VACANT

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions under the "Prime Minister's Programme for the Elimination of Hepatitis C Infection." The appointments will be made on a contract basis initially up to 30th June 2027 or till completion of the project. All positions are based in Islamabad and follow the Project Pay Scale (PPS).

2 Procurement Manager / Specialist PPS-9 / BPS-19 01 40–50 Years BS Hons (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management) with MBA in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain (HEC top 10 universities) 10+ years post-qualification experience in procurement of goods/services for health projects. Strong knowledge of procurement rules.
3 Finance Manager PPS-9 / BPS-19 01 35–45 Years MBA in Finance or CA / ACCA / CMA / ACMA with articles from registered audit firm 10+ years post-qualification experience in financial management, preferably in health projects. Experience in IPSAS, PFM, and grievance redressal systems.
4 Communication Specialist PPS-9 / BPS-19 01 40–50 Years Master’s in Mass Communication or Journalism (16 years of education) Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in project communication strategy. Health sector experience preferred.
5 Training Officer PPS-8 / BPS-18 02 35–45 Years MBBS with Master’s in Public Health (HEC recognized) At least 8 years’ experience in organizing health-related training/events.
6 IT/Data Officer PPS-7 / BPS-17 02 25–35 Years BS Hons in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, or IT with MBA (HEC recognized) Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in data management and analysis. Preference for health sector experience.
