The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) is a public sector autonomous organization responsible for accelerating growth in the ICT and ICT-enabled services sector. Applications are invited from qualified candidates under the ADP Scheme:
“Establishment of IT Parks in Divisional Headquarters of KP.”

These positions are project-based, purely on fixed-pay and contractual, initially for one year (extendable based on performance and project continuity).


Available Positions


1. Project Manager (Equivalent to BPS-19)

Location: PMU, KPITB Headquarters, Peshawar

Upper Age Limit: 50 years

Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Project Management, Public Administration, IT, or a related field (minimum 16 years of education).

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including 3 years in project management roles, preferably in the public or development sector.


2. Business Development Manager (Equivalent to BPS-18)

Location: PMU, KPITB Headquarters, Peshawar

Upper Age Limit: 45 years

Education:
16 years of education in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in business development, marketing, or industry liaison. Preference for candidates with experience in Tech, public sector, or development organizations.


3. Admin, Finance & Accounts Officer (Equivalent to BPS-17)

Location: PMU, KPITB Headquarters, Peshawar

Upper Age Limit: 40 years

Education:
Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration (Finance/Accounts) from an HEC-recognized institution.
Preference for candidates with CA, ACCA, CMA, or accounting systems certifications.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial management, public sector accounting, or donor-funded projects. Knowledge of procurement, audit compliance, and ERP is an advantage.


4. Admin and Business Development Officer (Equivalent to BPS-17)

Location: Peshawar, Mardan, Malakand, D.I. Khan

Upper Age Limit: 40 years

Education:
16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, IT, Management, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in administration, finance, accounting, facility management, co-working operations, or business development in the public or private sector.


5. IT and Facility Management Assistant (Equivalent to BPS-16)

Location: Peshawar, Mardan, Malakand, D.I. Khan

Upper Age Limit: 40 years

Education:
Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Electrical/Telecom Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in IT support, facility operations, or infrastructure maintenance.
Preference for hands-on experience in networking and system administration.

Eligibility Screening

Candidates will provisionally appear in the ETEA screening test. Final eligibility will be determined by the shortlisting committee.

Ineligible candidates at any stage will be disqualified.

ETEA Application Process

Applicants must create a profile on ETEA’s website.

After creating the profile and before applying, print the E-Sahulat Token and get CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk).

Without this verification, candidates will not be able to apply.

Application Validity

Only candidates eligible in all respects by the last date should apply.

Incomplete, late, or inaccurate applications will not be accepted.

Legal action may be taken against candidates submitting false information.

Shortlisting & Interview

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

Candidates working in government departments must apply through the proper channel.

No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

Vacancy Adjustments

The number of positions may increase or decrease as per need.

The department reserves the right to cancel or withhold the recruitment process at any stage.

Equivalence Certificate

In case of a foreign degree, equivalence certificate from HEC is mandatory.

Deposit the test fee through EasyPaisa app/agent, UBL OMNI, or any UBL Bank branch.

Keep the original deposit slip (Candidate Copy) safe — do not share it with anyone.

Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA. These will only be required from shortlisted candidates during scrutiny.
