Bacha Khan University Charsadda invites applications from eligible candidates for the following position under the Public Sector Development Project (PSDP) titled “Development of Main Campus, Bacha Khan University, Charsadda.” This appointment will be on a contract basis.

Position Overview

  • Post Title: Project Director (PPS-09)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Monthly Package: Rs. 306,250/-

  • Age Limit: Maximum 55 years

Required Qualification & Experience

Option 1:

  • At least 2nd Class BS/Master's degree (16 years) in:

    • Civil Engineering

    • Project Management

    • Business Administration

  • At least 12 years post-qualification relevant experience, including:

    • Minimum 7 years in project design, execution/management

    • Consultant and contractor supervision

    • Preparation of periodic and other technical/financial reports

OR

Option 2:

  • At least 2nd Class M.Sc./MS/M.Phil (18 years) in:

    • Civil Engineering

    • Project Management

    • Business Administration

  • At least 10 years post-qualification relevant experience, including:

    • Minimum 5 years in project design, execution/management

    • Consultant and contractor supervision

    • Preparation of periodic and other technical/financial reports

Additional Requirements:
Candidate must be well-versed in:

  • PEC, PPRA, and Planning Commission rules

  • Financial and project management guidelines

  • Government rules and procedures applicable to development projects
