FACULTY POSITIONS

Professor (BPS–21) – Permanent

1. Professor of Urdu

Department: Urdu
Specialization: Urdu Literature
No. of Posts: 01

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution

• 15 years teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution, or professional experience in a relevant national/international organization

Department: Psychology

Eligibility:

• PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university

• After 30 June 2015, minimum 8 years post-PhD experience, OR

• 10 years post-PhD teaching/research experience

• Minimum 15 research publications, with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals

3. Professor of Computer Science

Eligibility:

• PhD in Computer Science or relevant field recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC

• 15 years teaching/research or professional experience, of which 5 years must be teaching experience

• No TA/DA shall be admissible

• Both male and female candidates may apply; preference will be given to female candidates

• The University reserves the right to increase/decrease posts, not fill any post, or reject any application
