GENERAL INFORMATION / TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Recruitment will be made in accordance with the appointment criteria and as per HEC faculty Policy 2021.

  2. The prescribed application forms can be downloaded from the Rawalpindi Women University, Rawalpindi website: www.rwu.edu.pk

  3. Candidates are required to fill the application form in MS Word only (Handwritten forms shall not be entertained) and shall submit Three (03) hard copies of the form along with attested testimonials and documents mentioned in the advertisement.

  4. Candidates applying for more than one position shall submit separate applications along with all necessary documents (separate bank draft for each post).

  5. Applications on the prescribed form, complete in all respects along with necessary documents, must reach the "Office of the Registrar, Rawalpindi Women University, Rawalpindi, 6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi" by post. Applications will not be accepted by hand.

  6. Applicants are advised to carefully read all the terms and conditions of the advertisement before submitting applications. Incomplete or incorrect applications, discrepancies in hard copy documents, or submission of false information shall lead to disqualification.

  7. Applicants possessing domestic/foreign degrees, diplomas, or certificates requiring equivalence with the qualification(s) for the advertised post must attach the relevant equivalence certificate issued by the Competent Authority (e.g., HEC/PEC/Inter Boards Chairman Committee, etc.). Failure to provide the required equivalence certificate shall result in cancellation of candidature.

  8. Experience gained on Daily wage, Part Time, Visiting, Honorary, or Apprentice basis shall not be considered.

  9. Processing fee is non-refundable and must be paid in favor of "The Rawalpindi Women University, Rawalpindi" in the form of Bank Draft against FTN No. 9022136-5, amounting to Rs. 5000/-.

  10. Three most recent passport size photographs (Blue Background) should be affixed on each application.

  11. Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body shall apply through proper channel by the due dates, otherwise their applications shall not be entertained.

  12. The requisite age will be calculated on the Closing Date of the advertisement.

  13. The maximum age limit will be relaxed as per Government Rules.

  14. Only Punjab Domicile holder candidates can apply on non-teaching positions.

  15. Candidates from all over Pakistan can apply on teaching positions only.

  16. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and/or interview (where applicable). Decision of the University's Authority will be final.

  17. Preference may be given to women subject to merit.

  18. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not fill any post, and/or withhold/withdraw the appointment against any advertised post.

  19. No TA/DA will be paid for interviews/tests.

  20. 3% quota for disabled and 5% quota for minorities shall be observed as per Government rules.
