Qualifications:

Pay Package:

  • Professor: Contract PKR 425,000/month + DOH Teaching Allowance (subject to budgetary provision)
  • Associate Professor: Contract PKR 325,000/month + DOH Teaching Allowance (subject to budgetary provision)
  • Assistant Professor: Contract PKR 225,000/month + DOH Teaching Allowance (subject to budgetary provision)
  • Senior Registrar: Contract PKR 100,000/month + DOH Teaching Allowance (subject to budgetary provision)
  • Demonstrator: PKR 100,000/month

Terms & Conditions:

  • Contract Duration: Initial 3 years (extendable), subject to Contract Policy 2006 of GoAJK.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' prior notice or payment of one month’s salary.
  • Tax Deduction: Salary is subject to tax as per law.
  • Age Limit: As per PM&DC Rules/Policy.
  • Merit-based: All positions will be filled purely on merit.
  • Incomplete Applications: Will not be entertained.
  • Blacklisting: Candidates failing to join within the specified period after receiving the offer letter will be blacklisted.
  • Accommodation: Not provided.
  • Working Hours: Faculty must be present for a minimum of 6 hours daily. Less than 8 hours will be considered part-time, which is not permissible.
  • Original Documents: Required at the time of the interview.
