Terms & Conditions (Contract Basis)

1. Appointments will be purely on a contract basis under the Contract Policy 2006 of Government of AJ&K for an initial period of 03 years (extendable) or as specified by the Government.

2. All vacancies will be filled strictly on merit. Preference will be given to AJ&K nationals (State Subjects).

3. Salary is subject to tax deduction at source as per law.

4. Age limit shall be as per PM&DC and AJ&K Service Rules/Policy.

5. In matters not specified in the contract, rules and regulations of AJ&K Government / PM&DC shall apply.

6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

7. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

8. Candidates must bring all original documents at the time of interview.

9. Separate applications must be submitted for each vacancy, with the envelope clearly marked for the respective post.
