CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following faculty positions at People's University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women (PUMHSW), Shaheed Benazirabad.

1. BASIC PRE-CLINICAL DEPARTMENTS (MEDICAL SIDE)

Pension Scheme: Basic Contributory Pension Scheme (as per Government policy)

2. BASIC DENTAL FACULTY

Pension Scheme: Basic Contributory Pension Scheme (as per Government policy)

3. NON-TEACHING STAFF (SUPPORTING STAFF) — CONTRACT (02 YEARS)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Eligibility criteria shall be as per PM&DC / HEC rules and regulations.

• For faculty positions, revised PM&DC eligibility criteria shall apply.

• Experience and research publications will be counted only up to the closing date.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Online Application:

   • Interested candidates are required to apply online through the official portal:

   • It is mandatory to take a printout of the same form and submit it along with required documents.

   • Candidates are required to upload documents, recent photograph, and deposited bank challan when applying online.

2. Bank Challan:

   • Candidates must download the system-generated Bank Challan amounting to Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable).

   • Deposit in A/C No. 1430 70013270 01 titled "PUMHSW Other Receipts Account" at Habib Bank Limited (HBL).

   • Attach the original paid challan with the application form and documents.

3. Submission of Application:

   • It is mandatory to courier the paid challan along with all relevant documents to the Office of the Director HRM, PUMHSW (SBA) through Courier/Postal Service only.

   • Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.

4. Documents Required:

   • Application form (system-generated)

   • Domicile

   • PRC (Permanent Resident Certificate)

   • CNIC

   • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

   • One set of attested photocopies of all testimonials/experience/residence documents

   • Matriculation Certificate

   • All other degrees, credentials including valid PM&DC Registration Certificate

   • Revised PM&DC Experience Certificate

   • Research Publications (if required)

   • Original paid Bank Challan

   • Departmental NOC (for candidates already in Government/Semi-Government/Semi-Autonomous Bodies)

5. Important Notes:

   • Applications submitted on plain paper will not be entertained.

   • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further assessment by the Selection Board.

   • Candidates must clearly mention the name of the post on the right corner of the envelope.

   • Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Only domiciled candidates of Sindh can apply.

2. Age limits for candidates applying for regular and contributory pension schemes will be according to Government Policy. However, for positions on contract basis, the age limit will be up to 60 years.

3. The percentage in the Contributory Pension Scheme will be as per Government of Sindh Policy.

4. Appointments cannot be claimed as a matter of right.

5. The University reserves the right to cancel any advertised post(s), partly or as a whole.

6. All information provided must be correct; any false information will result in disqualification from the process.

7. Resultant vacancies (if any) shall be filled by the Selection Board during the process.

8. Candidates applying through Proper Channel must attach Departmental Permission (NOC) and an Advance Copy of the Application Form(s).

9. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Written Test/Interview.

10. Women, differently-abled, and minority quotas will be observed as per the policy of the Government of Sindh.

11. The pay packages will be admissible as per the Government of Sindh rules/policy in practice at PUMHSW-SBA, for faculty selected on regular/contributory pension scheme.

12. Experience Certificate for teaching posts is essential, except for those already working at PUMHSW-SBA on regular basis (as per policy approved through statutory bodies).

13. PM&DC/HEC eligibility criteria shall strictly apply.
