JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Foundation University Islamabad (FUI) invites applications from qualified, competent, and motivated individuals for the following academic positions:

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Professor (Anaesthesia)

  • Qualification: Level-III qualification

  • Eligibility: As per PM&DC criteria for Professor of Anaesthesia

  • Age Limit: Maximum 55 years

2. Professor (Paediatrics)

  • Qualification: Level-III qualification

  • Eligibility: As per PM&DC criteria for Professor of Paediatrics

  • Age Limit: Maximum 55 years

3. Associate Professor (Chemical Pathology)

  • Qualification: Level-II / Level-II(b) qualification

  • Degree Requirement: FCPS / M.Phil or equivalent

  • Eligibility: As per PM&DC criteria

4. Assistant Professor (Anatomy)

  • Eligibility: As per PM&DC criteria

5. Assistant Professor (Community Medicine)

  • Qualification: Level-II / Level-II(b)

  • Eligibility: As per PM&DC criteria

  • Note: Applicant must possess PM&DC-issued eligibility and teaching experience certificate for the relevant post

6. Assistant Professor (Anaesthesia)

  • Qualification: Relevant specialization such as FCPS

  • Eligibility: Applicant must have PM&DC-issued eligibility and teaching experience certificate

7. Assistant Professor (Entrepreneurship)

  • Eligibility: As per HEC criteria

8. Lecturer (Economics & Finance)

  • Eligibility: Applicants must meet HEC eligibility criteria

Procedure for Applying

  1. Applicants are required to submit:

    • Four (4) recent passport-size photographs

    • Two (2) sets of attested copies of:

      • Academic qualifications

      • Experience certificates

      • Publications

    • Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable)

      • Drawn in favour of Foundation University Islamabad

      • NTN: 2864905-2

    All documents must reach the Office of the Registrar on or before 06 February, 2026.

  2. Candidates currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organizations must apply through proper channel.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
