Foundation University Islamabad (FUI) is seeking qualified and experienced finance professionals for the role of Accounts Officer. This is a mid-level position designed for individuals with a strong background in financial accounting, reporting, and ERP systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the university's financial operations.

2. Detailed Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following academic and professional requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

  • Option A: CA Intermediate / CAF (Chartered Accountancy Finalist) with completed articleship from a reputable Chartered Accountant firm.

  • Option B: MBA (Finance) or M.Com with a strong academic record.

• Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.

  • The experience must specifically involve preparing independent financial statements, demonstrating the ability to handle full-cycle accounting with minimal supervision.

• Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP (Systems, Applications & Products) or any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software will be considered a significant advantage.

3. Geographic Preference

• Candidates currently residing in Rawalpindi and its surroundings will be given preference, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
