SITUATIONS VACANT

Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences & Technology (FUUAST), Islamabad Campus, invites applications from suitably qualified and competent individuals holding a domicile of the relevant region for appointment against the following academic positions:

Post Qualification Experience BPS
Professor PhD in Pharmacy or relevant discipline (HEC recognized) As per HEC criteria 21
Associate Professor PhD in Pharmacy or relevant discipline (HEC recognized) As per HEC criteria 20
Assistant Professor PhD / MS / MPhil in Pharmacy or relevant discipline As per HEC criteria 19
Lecturer MS / MPhil (18 years of education) in Pharmacy or relevant discipline As per HEC criteria 18

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Online Application: Submit application through www.fuuastisb.edu.pk.

  2. Required Documents: Applicants must submit three complete sets of documents to the HR Office, FUUAST, Islamabad, along with a bank draft of PKR 5,000 in favor of Director Accounts, FUUAST, Islamabad. Documents must include:

    • Detailed CV

    • Educational certificates and transcripts

    • Experience certificates

    • Domicile certificate

    • PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate)

    • CNIC

    • Recent passport-size photograph

  3. Important Notes:

    • Applications missing any required documents will not be accepted.

    • Original documents will be required at the time of the interview.

    • Candidates currently employed in government or semi-government organizations must apply through proper channel.

    • The application window is from 1st February 2026 to 28th February 2026.

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.

    • The Selection Board’s decision will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.

    • FUUAST reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.

    • All new recruitment will be C.P. Fund-based as per the approved University Policy.
