FACULTY REQUIRED

Akhtar Saeed University, Lahore invites applications from qualified, motivated, and research-oriented candidates for the following faculty positions:
Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturer
in the disciplines of:

  • Faculty of Business and Management Sciences

  • Faculty of Computer Sciences & Information Technology

  • Artificial Intelligence

Eligibility Criteria (As per HEC Guidelines)

Professor

  • Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research in a recognized university or professional experience in the relevant field.

  • Publications: At least 15 research publications in HEC-recognized journals.

Associate Professor

  • Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research in a recognized university or professional experience in the relevant field.

  • Publications: At least 10 research publications in HEC-recognized journals.

Assistant Professor

  • Qualification:

    • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution, OR

    • M.Phil./equivalent degree (18 years of education) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university.

Lecturer

  • Qualification: MS/M.Phil./equivalent degree (18 years of education) in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

  • Preference: Candidates with university-level teaching experience will be given preference.
