Terms & Conditions

  1. The appointment is contract-based, renewable up to 60 years of age, subject to satisfactory performance.

  2. Maximum age limit:

    • BS (16 years of education): 30 years

    • MS/MPhil (18 years of education): 35 years

    • PhD: 40 years

  3. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for test and interview.

  4. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test or interview.

  5. The department reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of positions at any stage.

  6. Concealment or misrepresentation of information may lead to termination of contract.

  7. The department is not obligated to inform applicants about the status of their application or selection process.

  8. The contract may be curtailed on disciplinary grounds.
