TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Only eligible / short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.

  2. Employees of Government / Semi-Government Department / Organization etc. may apply through proper channel.

  3. Number of vacancies can be increased/decreased at any stage before final selection.

  4. Hard copies of educational certificates are not required to be sent at this stage.

  5. Age/Education will be calculated with effect from the closing date of receipt of applications, i.e. 11.11.2026.

  6. General age relaxation of Five (05) years is already included in the age limit. However, 05 years specific additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan, notified by Establishment Division on 22-10-2026, as a one-time dispensation policy FY-2026-27.

  7. No TA/DA will be admissible.

  • Interested candidates fulfilling the above eligibility criteria will apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) official website: www.njp.gov.pk within (15) fifteen days of publication of this advertisement.

  • Candidates are advised to fill the entire application form carefully, particularly ensuring correct entries of personal particulars: name of post, domicile, educational qualification, gender, and date of birth, etc.

  • Candidates shall be contacted through email, SMS, and call. However, candidates are advised to fill in the email address and phone number properly.

  • Incomplete applications, applications received after the closing date, and applications submitted through postal/courier service or by hand will not be entertained.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Recruitment will be done at doorstep (at District level) with the help of newly established employment cells in districts of Balochistan as a special case, to ensure recruitment of residents.

  • All recruitment (BPS 1–16) is to be done by Walk-in interview (No Entry & Written Test).

  • Upper age relaxation of 5 years instead of the existing 3 years, in addition to the 5 years general age relaxation.
