1. Principal – 01 Vacancy (Male/Female)

Qualification

  • Minimum M.A / M.Sc / BS (Hons) in Natural Sciences

  • B.Ed / M.Ed from an HEC recognized institution

  • Ph.D / M.Phil candidates will be preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years teaching experience at higher classes

  • At least 05 years experience as Principal/Head in a leading Public School or Cadet College

Age Limit

  • 40 to 55 years

Pay Package

  • Rs. 275,000 per month (including all allowances)

  • Residential facility available within campus

2. School Heads – 03 Vacancies

Positions:

  • School Head – High School & College (Male)

  • School Head – Boys School (Male)

  • School Head – Junior School (Female)

Qualification

  • Minimum M.A / M.Sc / BS (Hons)

  • B.Ed / M.Ed from HEC recognized institution

  • Higher additional qualifications will be preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years teaching experience at higher classes

  • At least 03 years experience as Headmaster / Headmistress / Section Head

  • Experience must be from a renowned English Medium Public School chain

Age Limit

  • 35 to 55 years

Pay Package

  • Rs. 150,000 per month (including all allowances)

General Terms & Conditions

  • Appointment will be on contract basis for one year, extendable upon satisfactory performance.

  • Candidates with 3rd Division in academic career will not be considered.

  • Only highly trained, qualified, experienced candidates with strong leadership skills and fluency in English should apply.

  • Post-qualification experience will be counted.

  • Selection will be made strictly on merit basis.

  • Selected candidate must submit a surety bond equivalent to one month’s salary (Rs. 100 stamp paper).

  • Institution reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

  • Selected candidates may be transferred to any satellite campus if required.

Selection Procedure

For Principal:

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  • Interview schedule will be communicated later.

For School Heads:

  • Written Test: March 14, 2026 at 9:30 AM

  • Candidates scoring 50% or above will be called for interview.
