OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS FOUNDATION

SITUATIONS VACANT

Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites applications from suitable candidates for contractual appointments as Principal (Female) at the following OPF Public Schools:

  • Larkana

  • Dera Ismail Khan (D.I. Khan)

  • Pakpattan

Position Title

Principal (Female)
(One position each at Larkana, D.I. Khan, and Pakpattan)

Pay Package

Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 75,000 per month (all inclusive)

Qualification Criteria

  • Master’s Degree (16 years of education) in Arts or Science with at least Second Division from an HEC recognized university/institution.

  • Higher qualification will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as Principal, Vice Principal, or Head Mistress in a reputable English medium secondary school.

  • Must demonstrate:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Strong public relations and interpersonal abilities

    • Capacity to engage effectively with students, parents, media, and the public

Age Limit

Up to 55 years

Employment Type

Contract-based for an initial period of 2 years, extendable based on satisfactory academic and financial performance of the school.

  • Only experience obtained after the required qualification will be considered.

  • Eligibility will be determined as per the application closing date.
