The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) operates with a mission to facilitate and provide welfare services to overseas Pakistanis and their families worldwide. OPF is currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and motivated professional to fill the executive role of Company Secretary at its headquarters.

### 1. Role Eligibility & Specifications

Applicants must meet stringent legal and corporate governance criteria to qualify for this Grade 11 executive post.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold at least one of the following professional or academic credentials:

  • Accountancy: Member of a recognized professional body of Accountants (e.g., ICAP, ICMAP).

  • Corporate Governance: Certified Chartered Secretary.

  • Legal: LLB degree from a reputable, Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.

Core Experience & Demographics

  • Experience Parameters: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a similar capacity within a public sector organization or a large private sector company.

  • Area of Expertise: Demonstrated deep knowledge of Pakistani corporate laws, company affairs, statutory compliance, and modern corporate governance frameworks.

  • Age Limit: Minimum 30 years and Maximum 45 years (Age relaxation rules apply as per Federal Government policy).
